Having a perfect skin is a dream constantly being ruined by pesky pimples or some serious acne. Acne is a common skin disease that affects an estimated 85% of people at some point in their lives, and while acne is not a serious health threat, it is significant in an emotional and social sense. People of all ages get acne and people of all ages feel confidence leak out of their body the moment they spot it, but somehow this war never ends.

Try to make it fun

Start out with an activity that appeals to your interest. Turning a dull chore or activity can into interesting is very easy if you pick something that you like and start it slow. One can play their favourite music in the background, or spend time with family.

Balance your meals

Following a balanced diet that meets all your requirements of nutrients and vitamins can help keep your body healthy and active. You can even use several applications that take note of your daily food or calorie intake.

Physical fitness

There are ample of options to be active in your neighbourhood that may include leisure centres, sports clubs, parks, walking trails, swimming pools or exercise classes.

Drink sufficient water

It is essential to stay hydrated and drink atleast 6-8 glasses of water everyday. Dehydration or lack of water can often lead to fatigue and loss of energy.

Make a plan and set goals

Planning ahead can help you decide what to do for the day and keep remind you of your daily goals. This way you will stay motivated to complete your tasks in time and definitely be more rewarding.

Socialise

It is important to stay in touch and connected with your community and family. That way you will pass the time more quickly and be updated and aware of your surroundings.

Do chores around the house

Simple housework, such as washing the dishes, doing laundry and gardening are all physical activities that can help you you're your calories and keep you both physically and mentally fit.

Find ways to keep your body moving everyday

Stretching in intervals in between your studying will help you stay active and prevent your muscles from going stiff. One can also prefer, walking or cycling to the local shops, instead of driving the car or se the stairs instead of the lift or escalator.
