Ashwagandha is a medicinal herb used from ancient times. It is also known as Indian Ginseng. Ashwagandha helps a person to manage stress and is classified as an adaptogen. It is found in India, the Middle East, and some parts of Africa. It is an evergreen shrub and is used as a dietary supplement in many countries. Ashwagandha plant has yellow flowers and is native to India and North Africa.
