Garcinia Cambogia also known as Malabar tamarind, pot tamarind, brindleberry or kudampuli is an exotic fruit is extensively used in the food industry and it is extremely beneficial in the treatment of a large number of disorders such as the accumulation of fluid the body called oedema, constipation, piles, rheumatism, disorders caused by intestinal parasites, irregular menstruation, and high lipid levels. The various parts of the garcinia cambogia plant are used in different ways as they contain a variety of health-promoting compounds.
