1. Eat Properly

For instance, foods high in refined in carbohydrates can cause you to feel tired and weak quickly. Add in high-fiber fruits, vegetables, whole grain cereals and iron rich foods in your diet

  • Prefer eating in bits not bytes. 5. Cut back on caffeine

6. Drink less alcohol

7. Reduce stress
