Salmon oil is made from fish's healthy fats, known as omega-3 fatty acids. It is often known as the king of 'fish oil' as it rules the fish oil domain. The primary omega-3 fats that are found in salmon oil are eicosapentaenoic acid(EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid(DHA).   • Another 8-week study has shown that consuming 600 grams of salmon per week by men with ulcerative colitis experienced a decrease in inflammatory markers in their blood, along with self-reported improvements in symptoms.
