Omega-3 fatty acids are important and essentially beneficial for your body. There are three sorts of omega-3 fatty acid namely:
alpha-linolenic acid (ALA), usually present in plant oils, like chia seeds, flaxseeds, and walnuts
eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and
