You should have received a tracking number in your shipping confirmation email. If you did not receive the email, be sure to check your spam folder. If your tracking number says that it was delivered, we’ve found that, more often than not, the package is either about to be delivered, or it is already in the building or with a neighbour. If you can't locate your order, just contact us at and we’ll take care of you.

The shipping method for orders is 5-day shipping. Allow 1 to 2 days to process your order, especially on orders placed late on Friday or over the weekend. Generally, orders are delivered 3-4 days from the date that they were ordered.
*Order placed during the COVID-19 outbreak may be delayed 1-2 extra days for processing.

We love the products we’ve made, and we think you will too. If, after trying them, you find that you’re unhappy for any reason, just let us know so that we can help you return your products within 15 days of ordering for a full refund. We currently ship to the PAN India. At this time, we don’t ship internationally, but we are expanding internationally.
